CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CONDUCT END-LINE SURVEY
(SOM 1026 Project)
Welthungerhilfe is a non-profit organization that aims to reduce hunger and poverty. It has ETH/SOM regional office in Addis and program office in Hargeisa, Somaliland. Welthungerhilfe has been implementing development projects in Somaliland since 2001. Multi-sector projects have been implemented in the Awdal Marodijeh, Togdheer
Sanaag regions for the past 16 years. Presently, Welthungerhilfe has Six projects in Awdal and Marodijeh Regions focusing on WASH and Agriculture projects. The projects are funded by The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of German Government (BMZ), GIZ and WFP.
One of the projects will phase out soon, it deals with water, sanitation, hygiene nutrition, environment components and agriculture. Welthungerhilfe program office has made all preparations to conduct end-line survey for the project by external consultants.
The survey shall enable Welthungerhilfe to insure the achievements of the project-based on previous conducted baseline survey.
And therefore, the program office invites all qualified consultancy firms to compete for the job. Interested and eligible consultants can download the Terms of References for end-line survey from bellow link
Any qualified consultancy firm can apply depending on his capacity. The presentation of technical proposals must be based on the listed bid evaluation criteria shown in the TORs.
Please, note that team members of shortlisted consultancy companies will be interviewed as part of bid evaluation process.
Consultancy firms which do not fulfill the minimum requirement are advised not to apply.
The submission of proposal is before 16:00 hours on 6th January 2019 to Welthungerhilfe (GAA) Somaliland program office at Hargeisa, Masala area near consulate Djibouti or Borama office, Sheikh Ali Jawhar Area.
The consultants must bring renewed license for consultancy and other legal documents when submitting the proposals.
