by collecting forms from Concern Mogadishu office from 2nd July 2019
Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The envelope should state the tender title and reference number. The envelope should be addressed to:

Envelopes may be submitted to Concern Worldwide office up to 5:00PM on 16th July 2019. Any bid submitted after the deadline, will not be accepted.
Bids which are not received by the closing date, will be treated as late bids and will not be included in the evaluation
