The Hirshabelle State of Somalia (HSS) has set aside funds being provided by the DFID/EU funded PREMIS PFM Programme to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Quotation is issued.
Bidding will be in accordance with the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Hirshabelle Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual under the section for ‘Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services’.
