The Federal Member States of Somalia (FMS) has set aside funds being provided by the DFID funded PREMIS PFM Programme to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Quotation is issued.
Southwest State of Somalia require the Provision of Office Space (Rental) in Baidoa District Southwest State of Somalia (SWS) for the Auditor General (AG).
Bidding will be in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the FMS Public Procurement Policy & Procedure Manual under the section for ‘Procurement of Non-Consultant Services’. All interested Bidders can obtain the Invitation for Quotation by sending a request email to: procurement@mofswss.so with a copy to: DG@mofswss.so. All the details for submitting a proposal, including Specifications, are detailed in the Invitation for Quotation document that will be forwarded upon request.
Quotation submission should make reference to IFQ Reference Number and the procurement name and must be received no later than 17th December, 2018, by 16:00 pm East Africa Time to the following email address: procurement@mofswss.so
