Save the Children International inSomalilandis inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following products:
Provision of tickets for Somaliland/Somalia local flights. Detailed destinations can be found in the complete tender package to be collected from Save the Children Hargiesa office.
This tender will be conducted using Save the Children standard bidding documents, open to all interested and qualified travel agencies in Somaliland.
Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents to be collected from Save the Children Hargeisa Office.
If you are interested in submitting a bid, please collect the tender documents from the:
Save the Children
Hargiesa office, Somaliland
Jigjigayar, Maansoor Hotel Road, Kood-buur District.
It is recommended to request / collect the tender documents as soon as possible.
Completed tender documents are due to be submitted by October 15th, 2018, 3:30 PM (Hargeisa Time).
All completed tenders should be submit in a sealed envelope to be hand carried addressed to The Tender Committee at the above addresses. The envelope should indicate the ITT reference number, but have no other details relating to the bid
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever. Bids shall be opened at a later date to be communicated.
A representative from your company will be invited to witness the opening.
